You can request deletion of your ToyCAD account and all associated personal data at any time.
Send an email to our support team from the email address associated with your ToyCAD account. Include "Delete My Account" in the subject line.

When you request account deletion, the following data is permanently removed:
Toy designs you have shared to the Community Gallery are stored anonymously — they are not linked to your account or email address. Because there is no connection between your account and your gallery submissions, gallery content cannot be identified or removed as part of account deletion.
If you wish to request removal of a specific design you believe is yours, include a description or screenshot of the design in your deletion request and we will review it.
