By submitting a design, you affirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
- The design is your original creation, and you hold all necessary rights to share it.
2. Design Content Guidelines
To maintain a positive and safe environment for kids and families, your designs must:
- Be appropriate for all ages.
- Avoid including offensive, violent, or adult themes.
- Not contain copyrighted, trademarked, or other protected content unless you have the rights to use it.
ToyCAD reserves the right to review and remove any content that violates these guidelines.
3. Licensing
By publishing your design, you:
- Grant ToyCAD a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your design in the ToyCAD Library.
- Allow other users to download and 3D print your design for personal, non-commercial use.
You retain ownership of your designs and can remove them from the ToyCAD Library at any time.
4. User Safety and Privacy
- Published designs are fully anonymized before being stored — they are not linked to your account, your User ID, or any other personal identifier.
- Do not include personal information (such as your name, email, or contact details) in the title or description of a published design, as this information will be publicly visible.
- Designs must not promote unsafe practices or hazards for children.
ToyCAD is not liable for any misuse of designs by third parties.
5. Reporting Inappropriate Content
If you come across a design that you believe violates our guidelines, please report it through the designated channels on our platform. ToyCAD will review and take appropriate action promptly.
6. Amendments to Terms
ToyCAD may update these terms from time to time to ensure compliance with new laws and to maintain the quality of our community. You will be notified of any significant changes.
