Welcome to ToyCAD! By subscribing to any of our plans, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making your purchase.
Subscription Plans
Lifetime Subscription
A one-time payment grants you unlimited access to ToyCAD for the lifetime of the app.
Yearly Subscription
Access ToyCAD for one year. The subscription will renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
Monthly Subscription
Access ToyCAD for one month. The subscription will renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
Terms and Conditions
- Subscription Activation: Your subscription begins as soon as your payment is successfully processed.
- Automatic Renewal: Yearly and monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing cycle.
- Lifetime Subscription: Lifetime access applies only to the current version of ToyCAD and future updates, subject to continued app support and availability.
- Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. No refunds will be provided for partial use of a billing cycle.
- License: Your subscription provides a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use ToyCAD for personal or educational purposes.
- Usage Restrictions: You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute any part of ToyCAD.
- Updates and Changes: We reserve the right to modify the app, subscription plans, or terms and conditions at any time. Notifications of changes will be provided through the app or email.
- Data Privacy: ToyCAD respects your privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws. Refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
- Support: Subscription includes access to customer support and updates during the active subscription period.
