2. Account Registration and Authentication

ToyCAD requires a free account to access subscription features and to enable cross-device access. You may create an account using an email address and password, either within the app or on the ToyCAD website.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Children may use the app under parental supervision using a parent-managed account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Signing in with the same account on multiple devices allows your subscription and premium features to be available on all those devices.
To delete your account and associated data, contact [email protected].

3. Subscriptions and Premium Features

a. In-App Subscriptions (via Google Play)

ToyCAD offers the following in-app purchase options through Google Play:

Monthly Subscription: Billed every month. Grants access to all ToyCAD premium features for the duration of the active subscription period.
Yearly Subscription: Billed annually at a discounted rate compared to the monthly subscription. Grants access to all ToyCAD premium features for the duration of the active subscription period.
Lifetime License: A one-time payment providing permanent access to all premium features without the need for renewal.

b. Web Subscriptions (via ToyCAD Website)

ToyCAD also offers subscriptions directly on the ToyCAD website at a 20% discount compared to in-app prices. Web subscriptions are processed through Stripe and are linked to your ToyCAD account. After subscribing on the web, sign in to the app with the same account email to activate your premium features.

c. Premium Features

Active subscriptions (in-app or web) grant access to the following premium features:

Save and download your 3D design files.
Access step-by-step tutorials.
Explore the full ToyCAD toys library.
Unlimited design capabilities and all future premium features.

d. Billing and Payment (In-App)

Payment for in-app purchases is charged to your Google Play account at purchase confirmation.
Monthly and yearly subscriptions auto-renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Renewal charges match the original subscription price unless otherwise notified.

e. Managing In-App Subscriptions

Manage or cancel in-app subscriptions via your Google Play account settings.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Community Gallery

ToyCAD provides an optional community gallery feature that allows you to publish your designs for other users to view.

Publishing a design is entirely voluntary. Your unpublished designs remain private on your device.
When you publish a design, the title and description you provide will be publicly visible within the ToyCAD community gallery.
Published designs are fully anonymized before storage — they are not linked to your account or any personal identifier. Do not include personal information in the title or description.
You retain ownership of your designs. By publishing, you grant ToyCAD LLC a non-exclusive license to display the published content within the ToyCAD platform.
You are responsible for ensuring that published content does not infringe third-party rights, contain inappropriate material, or violate these terms.
ToyCAD reserves the right to remove any published content that violates these terms.

6. Limitations on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ToyCAD and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the application. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the application is to stop using it.
