2. Account Registration
2.1 Account Creation: To access certain features of ToyCAD, you may be required to register an account using a valid email address and password. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
2.2 Account Management: You can update your account details or request deletion of your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Deleting your account will cancel any active subscription at the end of the current billing period.

3. Subscriptions and Billing
3.1 Web Subscription Plans: ToyCAD offers web-based subscription plans, including:
- Lifetime Plan: A one-time payment granting permanent access to ToyCAD premium features across all supported platforms linked to your account.
- Yearly Plan: An annual recurring subscription granting access to ToyCAD premium features for the duration of the active subscription period.
3.2 Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. ToyCAD does not store your payment card details.
3.3 Recurring Billing: For the Yearly Plan, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal.
3.4 Cancellation: You may cancel your Yearly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you will retain access until then. The Lifetime Plan is non-cancellable as it is a one-time purchase.
3.5 Refunds: Payments for the Lifetime Plan are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. For the Yearly Plan, refund requests within 14 days of purchase or renewal may be considered on a case-by-case basis by contacting [email protected].
3.6 Activation: After a successful purchase, your subscription is linked to your ToyCAD account. Sign in to the ToyCAD app with the same email address to activate your premium features.
3.7 Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any price change affects your renewal.
4. Platform Use
4.1 Service Availability: ToyCAD is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance.
4.2 Updates: We may periodically update the platform to improve performance, add features, or resolve bugs. These updates may occur automatically without notice.
5. User Conduct
5.1 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:
- Use ToyCAD for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the software.
- Upload malicious or inappropriate content.
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
5.2 User Content and Community Gallery: You retain ownership of the designs you create in ToyCAD. If you choose to publish a design to the ToyCAD community gallery, the title and description you provide will be publicly visible within the app. Published designs are fully anonymized before storage and are not linked to your account or any personal identifier. Do not include personal information in the title or description of a published design. By publishing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content within the ToyCAD platform, unless you request removal by contacting [email protected]. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you publish does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership: ToyCAD, its software, brand assets, design, and content are the property of ToyCAD LLC.
6.2 License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ToyCAD for personal, educational, or non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise permitted in writing.
7. Privacy

8. Termination
8.1 By You: You may stop using ToyCAD at any time. You may also request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting [email protected].
