Everything you need to know

After subscribing you get a dashboard where you create codes with custom labels (e.g. "Front Room", "Saturday Camp"). Enter a code once on each device in the ToyCAD app under Profile → "Have a class code?" to unlock full access. You can create as many codes as you need; every active device across all your codes counts toward your plan's seat limit.

Each seat is one device (or one student account) that currently has access. Small Center covers up to 10 at a time, Learning Center up to 30, and Unlimited Center has no cap. When a student leaves or a new group starts, free their seat from the dashboard and it's immediately available for someone else.

Open your dashboard, choose "Seats" next to a code, and release a single device — or release all seats on that code at once, e.g. at the end of a term. Released devices go back to the free version (their saved designs stay on the device), and the code can be entered again on any device.

ToyCAD runs on iPad (iOS) and Android tablets. Shared center iPads work great — enter the code once on each device and it stays unlocked for every student who uses that device.

Unlimited Center covers every device used at a single physical site — one building or campus. If you run several locations, subscribe per location or contact us for multi-site pricing.

Monthly plans can be cancelled any time from your Stripe billing portal. Annual plans can be cancelled to stop renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Yes. Designs are saved locally on each device in ToyCAD. If a seat is released or the subscription ends, the device returns to free-tier access but all designs already saved on it remain intact and can be downloaded.
